Red5 Pro recently teamed up with NVIDIA to discuss cloud-based virtualized user testing for pre-release games at the online 2022 GDC conference. The tools, part of the GeForceNow Developer Platform, allow developers to run remote playtest sessions with multiple users, tracking not only game play, but visual streams of the gamers themselves.

The partnership highlights Red5 Pro’s commitment to the gaming community and to our goal of distributing content “at the speed of thought.” Attendees at GDC got another peek at this future via the interactive hybrid conference platform presented by Eventuall and StageConnect, both of whom utilize Red5 Pro software to power the experience.

Moving forward, developers will want to keep an eye out for additional Red5 Pro tools, such as Unity and Unreal Engine plugins, that will continue to raise the bar for cloud-based and online multi-player gaming development.
