Stream Provisioning

In order to establish an Adaptive Bitrate publishing session, you will first need to provide a Provision of stream variants to the Stream Manager. A Provision is posted to the API at admin/event/meta/live/<stream name> and requires an the addition of the stream manager accessToken for admin purposes.
